"Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Cake

One of the readers of this blog, Nell, recommended this recipe from Hershey's, and it looks fabulous to me! Nell substitutes rice or almond milk for the regular milk with good results. She said the cake is so rich and moist, that frosting really isn't necessary!

Made this the other day for my Mother in Law's birthday - it was HEAVEN!!!! (Especially when you can't have a lot of dessert with a baby who is MSPI). I am making it again today for a BBQ. It is sooooo good! :)

Glad you like it, Denise! I always offer to bring dessert to gatherings, that way I know I'll be able to eat it! ;)
