Asparagus-and-Ham Casserole

I've been trying to use up some leftover ham, and this recipe from Cooking Light did just that for me!

You just need to make a few substitutions for MSPI. Use rice milk instead of the whole milk, use olive oil instead of butter and serve the Parmesan cheese on the side for those who can eat dairy. I also tossed in some sliced mushrooms when I sauteed the onions. Gotta clean out the fridge when you can!
